The whole machine features an optimized streamlined chamber structure equipped with thickened wear-resistant PU buffer lining. It has two power options: electromagnetic drive (Model E) and variable frequency drive (Model F), with an optional automatic tilting unloading configuration (Model A). The machine boasts a compact footprint with an intuitive control system. It can operate as a standalone unit or connect to automated production lines for continuous mass processing, supporting both wet and dry grinding processes to cover small-batch sampling and 24-hour non-stop factory mass production.

Compact design and easy to handle
Process timer setting
Continuous speed adjustment
Optional processing barrel unloading and discharge
Optional forward and backward movement
Optimized curved flow guide chamber improves abrasive circulation and prevents uneven grinding caused by workpiece stacking
PU lining thickness ranges from 22 mm to 30 mm, increasing with chamber volume for shock absorption, scratch prevention and noise reduction
Adjustable gap between disc and inner ring (minimum 0.3 mm) prevents abrasive jamming and fits tiny grinding media
Fully automatic versions support up to 135° chamber tilting with one-touch automatic discharging
E Electromagnetic Drive Models: Equipped with electromagnetic variable frequency motors, delivering stable rotating speed for consistent high-precision finishing of delicate small parts
F Variable Frequency Drive Models: Standard variable frequency motors with wide speed adjustment range and lower power consumption, suitable for rough grinding and heavy-duty deburring
Automatic tilting unloading mechanism to eliminate manual material digging
Circulating spray pipelines and automatic polishing compound dosing device
Custom single-layer or double-layer separation screens; double-layer screens filter fine waste abrasives by grading
PLC programmable control panel that stores multiple sets of processing recipes for one-click recall
Safety electric control configurations including real-time sensor monitoring, timed shutdown and overload protection
Loading: Fill the chamber with workpieces, abrasives and polishing compound at the recommended proportion to guarantee stable grinding performance
Parameter Setting: Close the chamber lid and set rotating speed & processing duration according to workpiece material and polishing requirements
Centrifugal Finishing: The bottom disc spins at high speed to generate centrifugal force, creating intensive friction between workpieces and abrasives for simultaneous deburring and surface refining
Discharging (Auto / Manual): The machine stops upon completion; fully automatic models tilt the chamber for discharging while basic versions require manual unloading
Screening & Separation: A matching vibratory separator separates finished workpieces from abrasives for abrasive recycling
Washing & Drying: Clean and dry parts before transferring to subsequent plating, spraying or assembly processes
