The vibration dryer launched by Antron Machinery is an advanced drying machine specifically designed for processing damp raw materials. It features a unique helix vibrating technology combined with an efficient hot air system to ensure uniform heating of the materials, achieving highly efficient drying results. Damp raw materials enter the helix bed from the feed inlet at the top and move along the helix bed under the combined effects of the exciting force and gravity. The materials make a jumping motion from top to bottom until they are discharged at the bottom layer. Meanwhile, clean hot air enters from the bottom of the helix bed, fully exchanges heat with the raw materials, and then exhausts from the outlet at the top to complete the drying process.
