This machine is an automatic high-efficiency flow-type finishing machine, characterized by a high degree of automation, convenient operation, wide speed range, stable operation, low noise, and high efficiency.
This machine can effectively solve the problems of workpiece overlapping and uneven grinding in vibratory finishing machines, especially for workpieces with thick oxide layers and large burrs in the center. It is difficult and time-consuming to use vibration and tumbling methods, but with the flow-type finishing machine, the desired results can be achieved in a very short time, improving surface finish by more than two grades. The grinding efficiency is 10 times that of a vibratory finishing machine and more than twice that of a tumbling machine.
This machine can be widely used in various industries for metal and some non-metal materials, such as precision pressings, machined parts, castings, forgings, and heat-treated components, for processes like deburring, chamfering, oxide removal, and polishing. It is particularly ideal for small and medium-sized parts with complex shapes, large burrs, and thick oxide layers. The machine is equipped with automatic workpiece turnover and discharge, automatic workpiece and abrasive selection by a vibrating screen, automatic feeding of abrasives into the grinding trough, frequency converter speed control, and time control functions. All these functions are controlled by PLC programming. It features a large-screen touch panel for visual operation and can be operated automatically or manually.
