The Automatic Unloading Centrifugal Disc Finishing Machine launched by Antron Machinery employs an advanced vortex rotary tumbling method. By utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotating disc, it creates high-speed rotary friction between the workpieces, grinding media, and the inner wall of the grinding barrel. Meanwhile, the special sawtooth and multi-edged structure of the grinding barrel wall causes the workpieces and grinding media to tumble while rotating at high speed. This action increases the cutting force between the workpieces and grinding media, thereby enhancing grinding efficiency and effectively avoiding issues such as workpiece overlapping and uneven grinding.
